Tour-International flights: frequently asked questions
1.Will I have to transfer my luggage when changing planes?

For outbound travel, most of the time you don't need to pick up your luggage and recheck-in, unless the two carriers 
don't have baggage agreement.

For inbound travel, you have to pick up your luggage on the first port-in city in U.S.


2.How much lugage am I allowed to check?

Two-piece of baggage are allowed. The total dimension(length+width+height) of both pieces must not exceed 273 cm(107in)
and the outside linear dimension of each bag must not exceed 158 cm(62in). Fo Cathay Pacific Airways and Singapore Airlines,
the weight of each piece is limited to 32kg(70lb). For United Airlines, two pieces of free checked baggage up to a maximum
weight of 50 lbs. (23kg) each. For checked baggage more than 50lbs, and not exceeding 70 lbs, will be charged at the rate of
$25.00 per piece.


3.Is an infant allowed luggage?

Infants are entitled to one piece of luggage. Plus one fully colapsible stroller/pushchair.


4.What if I bring an extra bag or have overweight luggage?

If you check more baggage than the free baggage allowance permits. You need to pay a charge that will vary by destination.


5. Is a handbag or camera bag considered carry-on luggage?

You may carry on one bag and one personal item such as a purse, briefcase, camera bag or laptop computer.
